Daisy Abboudi was born into a Sudanese Jewish family and is an expert on the Jewish community of Sudan. Since 2017, Daisy has been the Deputy Director of the oral history charity, Sephardi Voices UK, which documents the experiences and testimonies of Sephardi and Mizrahi Jews from the Middle East, North Africa, and Iran, who settled in the UK.
