Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage
  • 1 small head red cabbage
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water

Directions

  1. Shred green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and pineapple in a food processor.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Pour over salad.
  3. Marinate for at least one hour before serving.
