Ingredients
- 1 small head green cabbage
- 1 small head red cabbage
- 3 large carrots
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
Directions
- Shred green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and pineapple in a food processor.
- Combine mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Pour over salad.
- Marinate for at least one hour before serving.
