- 1 15.5 ounce can chickpeas
- ¼ cup diced red pepper
- 1 small red or sweet onion, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
