Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef bones
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms (any variety)
- 1 cup barley
- 10 cups water
- 1 tss. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
Put all ingredients in pressure cooker, cover, bring to pressure, cook 30 minutes.
