Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef bones
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms (any variety)
  • 1 cup barley
  • 10 cups water
  • 1 tss. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine

Put all ingredients in pressure cooker, cover, bring to pressure, cook 30 minutes.
