Why didn’t you include the brucha that needs to be recited in your explanation? I need to understand that. What about if you wake up a 3am to use the bathroom. Do you say the brucha? Is it the same prayer for both bread washing and in the morning? Do you use it every time you go to the bathroom? Do you use it after handling dogs? Would’ve helped to include concrete information. Reply

Good question…
You do not make a bracha when you wash your hands in the morning for the first time. Only after fully dressed and ready to pray do u wash a second time and say the bracha, al netilat yadayim. Reply
