very powerful interview with a brave and wise couple. No doubt it will inspire and help many with not only depression but with many other life challenges. They deserve much credit for not only sharing their journey, but offering so much wisdom in coping with what could seem as difficulties.

I'd like to bring to the interviewer's attention that she got the title of the wife's (Chana Magulies) book "Jumping in Puddles" wrong, despite her trying to correct her. Hope she can make it up to her some how. Having read it in one sitting, I'd highly recommend it! Reply

Wise insight about depression given by the man interviewed : There is two aspects of depression, the pain and the story. The pain is real but the fear is an ilusion. The way he remind himself to be present, and to connect the pain with the real source located in the past is a fantastic level of awareness and gratitude. I believe current society seems to be stuck in the emotional aspect for interpretation of reality. The lack of awareness of all the inner darkness we are proyecting in the world seems to only feed it. Thank you for this enlightening and Interesting interview. Reply
