Ingredients:
- 1 lb. (500 grams) boiled potatoes
- 1 green apple
- 2 pickled herring fillets
- 7 oz. (200 grams) cooked beets
- ½ tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sparkling water (seltzer)
Directions:
- Slice all ingredients (as shown in the video).
- Mix Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil and sparkling water in a small bowl.
- Plate salad so ingredients are evenly distributed. Drizzle with dressing.
