...Just Saying! Wow,some people are so judgemental. It doesn't matter if he uses butter. A little butter never hurt anybody. Not trying to come off rude but oil is a lot more harmful than butter. Just saying. If you don't like what he uses,then substitute,no need to be so negative. Reply

Cut the margarine or butter and I am in 0-) What a great video and will try the pan flip! I have never used the lime or teriayki and will try it but please and repeat please - our people do not need clogged arteries.! Some Pam and a bissel of Light Olive oil and then it is healthy.
