I learnt in high school that Hashem loves you more than motherly love obviously you are extremely loved! Reply

I do not like the answer of the rabbi. Of course Hashem still loves Him! Hashem loves every single jew, they have a part of Hashem in it! How would Hashem not love them? I agree that it’s also very important that everyone’s needed both Hashem, but I do believe everyone’s loved by Hashem also. Reply

I agree that Hashem loves us all, however i feel that in this case where the guy is not interested in hearing "Oh god loves you" it was a great answer, that even if you don't believe that god loves you, think of it this way, God NEEDS you.... Reply

I like the things the Rabbi said and every needs to hear that, especially if they are suffering.

I am, however, concerned that some may see this as making light of mental illness. The boy was healed of his pain instantaneously? I know this was not the intention, but I wouldn't share this video. I feel it downplays the medical condition that caused him to try to commit suicide. As someone who has been treated for PTSD since my teens, it helps to be reminded how loved and needed I am by Hashem, and that has led me to keep seeking help, and the message of helping in the community and having a purpose, but one also needs to seek treatment that Hashem has provided through therapy, medications, support groups, etc. Reply
