The answer to this question is somewhat complicated. As you can read here, fruits that grow from trees or vines get the blessing of “Ha’etz,” while those that grow from the ground get the blessing of “Ha’adamah.”
So where do blueberries grow? Apparently it can vary greatly by time and place. However, the consensus appears to be that our modern commercially raised blueberries grow from bushes that are technically considered to be trees from a halachic perspective. As such, the blessing is Ha’etz:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְ‑יָ אֱ‑לֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הָעֵץ
Bah-rookh ah-tah ah-doh-noy, eh-loh-hay-noo meh-lehkh hah-oh-lahm boh-ray peh-ree hah-aytz
Blessed are You, L‑rd our G‑d, King of the universe, Who creates the fruit of the tree
The after-blessing for blueberries is Borei Nefashot.
