Why There Are Miracles

When a miracle happens, its' generally connected to a prayer. G-D always hears our prayers. It's up to us, to slow down and pay attention to when they are answered. G-D is deliberate with all life's actions. As it was once told to me, by a kind, gentle Rabbi; When a leaf falls from a tree, it falls with purpose. All we need to do is slow down and notice this miracle. As the wind pushes the leaf ever so gently down the road, we should take notice. Even a leaf has wonders to behold.

As much as I want to believe in miricles I am not around for those miracles leading to the Exodus or for Chanukah, but if the principals of humanity and do unto others what will be done to you, make sense with or without the miracles. Reply

nothing but a glimmer "nothing but a glimmer"......is exactly what's being shown to us when it comes to "reality".......on the news, TV, Internet ans all other propaganda....

Question is, is it done on purpose OR just plain ignorance....THIS is the question?

The Miracle - Attaining True Perception The Kabbalists inform us there is no world out there - everthing is within you! Strip away the matter, then you get the energy, then you get force-fields - ultimately we will be merited to discern none else besides one unified soul network - all of us in equivalence of quality of G_dliness (Dvekut or adhesion) with G_d's Light between us. We take the laws of nature too seriously.

We think of the world as though it exists just as its Creator exists.

Therefore we have miracles. A miracle is a state of enlightenment that says, "Our reality is nothing but a glimmer of a Higher Reality. In that Higher Truth, there is no world. There is nothing else but Him."

Hurricane of Hiati I believe it is a miracle that any that believes in G-d can state or believe that G-D has nothing to do with Hurricanes or other natural negative events.
How can one believe that G-d created the world in six days and then believe that G-D has nothing to do with the devastation, not only hurricanes, but the final solution that Hitler brought upon the Jews.

So there is no us? Just him? We are him? Here is when Kabbalah gets tricky for me. I'm inclined to believe that we are a manifestation of Him. Each of us, is a kind of Neuron, or maybe not even-- more of a unit of electro-chemical in the great Divine Mind of G-d. But then that would say that G-d is the Universe, which is also said He is not. He is not the Universe, the Universe is a manifestation of Him.

So we are collectively an aspect of G-d, so, our flaws and needs are His, right? But, once again, G-d is perfect He does not have needs.

So are we a process, then? The flow of light to form? Light being His Desire reaching out to the Darkness to fathom it. Then it then implies that G-d's Desire is a lack, which is now back to where I started. He lacks nothing. So, maybe so do we, we are perfect as we are.

I really think this is a Pi sort of problem, you think you're getting there but then, you don't. I go back to the beginning, and I realize how small my brain is compared to the magnitude of G-d Reply
